The timber species I use cover a colour palette ranging from the light honey and straw colours of Tasmanian Oak (Eucalyptus obliqua) to the smooth caramel and purple tones of New Guinea Rosewood (Pterocarpus indicus) and through to the rich coffee and chocolate dark browns of Tasmanian Blackwood (Acacia melanoxylon). These species represent a broad colour range and are premium grade furniture timbers sustainably forested and sold by reputable suppliers endorsed by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Other species can be requested depending on suitability and availability. Samples are also available on request.
